Berlin, a city once divided by the Cold War, hasn’t had a prominent football team in the European stage. However, the football history of the city goes beyond anything that can be imagined, and with Hertha BSC and Union Berlin for the first time in history there’s a Derby between the former East and West parts of the German capital now in the top flight of German football.
